Sand Discovery Kit

The ISCS Sand Discovery Kits were created by the overwhelming
requests by teachers for sand samples and information. A joint
effort between the Educators Division of The International Sand
Collectors Society and The Geology Department at Pasadena
City College, have produces and now offer this great teaching aid.

Each Sand Discovery Kit includes:
A CD-ROM containing curriculum modules and
* One dozen contained and labeled sand samples.

* One dozen colored photomicrographs of the samples identifying
various sample elements.

Be sure and include the level you are teaching and why you are interested in
using sand in your curriculum.

The Society is requesting a $30 contribution to cover the costs of the kit,
priority mailing, and to continued production of future kits. If you are
unsatisfied with the kit for any reason, simply return it for a full refund.
