Sand Sets

Each set contains sand that was donated to the ISCS. The donation amount covers the cost of packaging and shipping.

AFMS Badge Set - $15 donation

This set contains more than a dozen common and uncommon sands and was designed to be used with the Sand & Sediments badge in the American Federation of Mineralogical Societies (AFMS) Future Rockhounds of America (FRA) program. Click here to learn more about this badge.

Education Set - $20 donation

The educator set contains everything in the badge set, plus additional larger samples from identified locations around the world.

Add-on Loupe and Magnet - $5 donation

This add on is for one 30X loupe and one neodymium magnet.
