SandFest 2025 Registration

Notes about registration

Primary Attendee Fee: $120
Includes Field Trip and Symposium books, a donation to the venue, event insurance, field trip insurance, and a bag of useful sand collector goodies.

Spouse/Partner Fee: $60
Spouse/partner will not receive the books and the fee includes a reduced payment towards insurance and to the venue. The bag of goodies may also differ from primary attendee’s.

Virtual Attendance
We hope to offer this feature for some portions of the event. If we are unable to do so, you will not be charged a registration fee.

Optional Donation
Any amount you add to your registration fee as a donation will be used to purchase snacks and drinks and other useful items during the event.  Even $10 helps. A donation receipt for tax purposes will be supplied upon request.

To register for SandFest, you must be an ISCS member.

If you have not joined or renewed for 2025, you can pay for dues and SandFest registration with one form (button below).

Registration deadline is July 31, 2025, and attendance is limited to 60 people, so register soon!

Registration fees are $120 for a primary attendee, and $60 per each spouse/partner/guest. Details are in the registration form. Payment due date is August 31, 2025.

If you indicate interest in virtual attendance on the form, if there is enough interest, and we can resolve technical issues, you will be notified and given the opportunity to complete registration.
